Parenting On Your Own is a life line of sorts for single parent families to assist and support with the raising of their children as well as themselves :)

Mom P use to always say "one day you will earn your Mother's Badge until then you will have to keep working on it" and that is just what I did.

The plan for this blog is to make it a bit easier for those who are working on their Mother's Badge or Father's Badge or who just want information that can help make life a bit easier. This blog will be a place where you can stop by and pick-up an idea or two or leave an idea or two of your own!

Oh and by the way Mom P did eventually present me with my Mother's Badge
